Returns

Should your live lobsters arrive damaged or appear unwell, rest assured we understand the concern. To prioritize their well-being and ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us immediately at (207) 725-7227 or orders@cantrellseafood.com to initiate the return process. Our team will be happy to assist you. If you have any questions about the lobsters or the return process before repacking, please don't hesitate to call us first.
2. Carefully repack the lobsters in their original, insulated container. This maintains a cool and secure environment during transport.

Return Options:

• We will arrange for a prompt pick-up of the lobsters by UPS. 
• Alternatively, you can take them directly to a UPS store. Please inform us of your chosen method upon contacting us.
